Where in San Juan? We stayed at the Marriott and had WiFi.

I mean in the shopping area close to the port...

Go across the street to the corner where you pick up the free bus - there is a shop - cafe with internet right there. Probably there are more, but that is the closest one I can think of. OSJ is pretty cosmopolitan.

I'm at SJU airport right now using the free WiFi while waiting to board my flight home from our Summit cruises.

There is a free wifi zone on the waterfront near the street food vendors (just west of San Justo Street and before the craft market). I was there today with my iPod touch. Also there is a cafe on San Francisco Street advertising their wifi and computer services to cruise ship crew and passengers.

The Sheraton has a sidewalk cafe and its located right across from the ship terminal. It has wifi and great burgers.

A couple weeks ago I got free WiFi at the Plaza De Armas in 0ld San Juan. See photo I found on the internet:

 

 

I sat on the bench just to the right of the bandstand; and YES, all those pigeons were still there. :D
