RCI Freedom / Cabin Above Pharaoh's Palace

We have cabins 6225 (interior) and 6224 (balcony) reserved on Freedom of the Seas in May. There are only other cabins above us on deck 7, but below on deck 5 is Pharaoh's Palace....

Anyone stay in a room above that club, and if so - how was the noise?

I'm pretty sensitive to "bass" sounds, and I wouldn't want to chance hearing that "thump, thump, thump" all evening. If you tend to be nightowls, you'll be fine. If you're the "early to bed" type, you may want to relocate.

Hmmmm, we're kinda in between. I doubt we'll be in our room before midnight most nights, though...

I don't think the bass would bother me too much, I know my kids will be fine with it.

Like posted above- if you have little kids are are going to be in the cabin early- (before midnight)

I would be looking to move. You will get the thump thump thump from the base.

If I remember correctly, Pheraohs Palace is deck 4 and deck 5 is the promenade. I dont think it is a proble at all unless maybe you are under on deck 3?
