How Seabourn could save some money...

Today, my household received - once again - 3 glossy and pricey-looking sales brochures - one for me, one for my partner, and one for a Seabourn-loving parent who has, alas, been dead for 4 years.

So I have a couple of suggestions for anyone from the head office who is reading this board

a) weed out your mailing list...one brochure per household is enough

b) find a way to give those who want it an option to access your brochures on-line instead of getting them in hard copy. This would cut down on costs for you and for the environment; and finally,

c) spend the $$$ thus saved to end your cheese-paring (and labour intensive) practice of requiring guests to order our champagne from room service by the glass.

Hope someone is wearing his/her listening ears!
