We've known Peter Benfield for a while and we rank him number 1. If you haven't seen him on Halloween, you've missed something. We like Gordon Whatman, too. Both Peter and Gordon are everywhere on the ship. Gordon very graciously supplied us with a collection of goodies to send to our grandson in Afghanistan.

Thanks for the update. This list is only good if people feed in the updates. The list was dormant for several months and I just picked it up while I was trying to find out who was on my next cruises. As you will see from my signature, we will be on RCI more than at home over the next three months and I'll be bringing new info from each of those. RCI has 19 ships and no one person can cover all of them without help. Anyone else have new entries, please send them in.

What happened to Adam (don't remember last name) from Radiance? 11-04.

I suspect he left the company. In watching the TV show rebuilding the Sovereign of the Seas, which was last December, they showed Keith Williams getting notice that he would be transferred to Radiance right away because someone had left abruptly.

There are a lot of old dates on here...... someone must be able to help with teh updates. I know for a fact that the Explorer is Clodagh O Connor.... Goose Neuman apparently is no longer with RCCL.

 

 

What happened to Goose?? Does anyone know??? I was on the Explorer in April and I thought he did a really great job. Very personable and funny.

I agree with you 100%. We had Kirk on the Mariner last year,and he was my least favorite CD so far also. I haven't sailed with Becky Thomson,but sure wish I could catch up with Richard Spacey again. Now, he's a hoot.

I'm with you as well. Had Kirk this spring on the Mariner. Don't know what it was about him - got tired of that little cheer he used after the first day.

 

Well, as luck would have it, we're now booked on the Serenade. Can only hope his contract's finished before we cruise.

That Matt Sole is off the Monarch. I was with hime in Feb and really did not like him at all. I hope there is anyone but him in Jan 06 06 When I sail.

 

I'm with you Minniegidget. We had Matt Sole on the Radiance on May 27th. He THINKS he's entertaining. He's wrong. We had the worst Quest I've ever seen. Fast and boring. Quest ... can you imagine? :eek: I'm on the Monarch on 12-12. Please, cruisinggod, don't let Matt be the CD ...:(

Anyone who gets stuck with Marc Walker, Ken Eush or Kirk Dietweller have my sympathies!! Kirk and Marc have the personalities of a loaf of bread and are hardly visable. Ken Rush is so full of himself he reaks.. the only reason he's top dog for the new builds is due to Jeff Arpins retirement.

 

Gordon Whatman, Richard Spacey, Goose and Clo are all very good

Hi there

Just wanted to say hello, I guess I am the new kid on the block here at RCI but bring 14 years of cruising with me.........wow I just had a flashback to 1991 when it all began...is it really that long ? !

well I took over the Navigator July 2nd and I am here until Oct 1st when Ken will come back, I go up to the Mariner join there the 2nd Oct and James Andrews goes on vacation and then returns Dec 4th, when I go on vacation and I return to the Navigator Feb 25th and that will be my permanant ship.

 

Look forward to perhaps meeting some of you in the near future
