What's happening with Aquaclass?

Hi guys,

 

Have been looking at various cruises lately and noticed that when I look at AQ rooms, they've been spilt into A1, A2 and AA. Noticed this on two silhouette cruises now.

 

So does anyone have the "low down" on what the differences are? It seems to me that the price difference is about $100 between A1 and A2.

LOCATION that is what it is all about. AQ is being reclassified by location. The most desirable locations at mid ship are going to be more expensive.....

AQ is going to be split into 3 levels just as CC has been, AQ1, AQ2, and AQ3. This pricing structure will begin with Silhouette's Spring TA in 2012.

Absolutely, when CC cabins came out there was only one category.

Noticed it when looking for Equinox TA for next year. You can see price areas by checking by Cabin numbers offered at each level. Cheapest AQ are aft of Midships.
