RCCL Excursions

Recommended Posts

There is a time limit for cancelling for a refund....I think it's 48 hours. If you cancel within the timeframe they require, you will either get a credit to your creditcard, or an OBC....depending on when you cancel and how you paid. If the weather is dangerous, THEY will cancel..they won't put you in danger. If you cancel "last minute" they don't have to refund you anything.

You can cancel excursions up to 24 hours prior to the excursion and you will get a refund, a credit to your on board account.

If you do not cancel prior to the 24 hour mark you will lose your money.

If the excursion operator cancels an excursion because of weather you will get a credit.

If for some reason your ship does not make the port, RC will give you a credit for the excursion.

I hope that helps.

Have a great cruise.

Does anyone know if you can cancel an excursion prebooked through royal caribbean if the weather does not look good and if so do you OBC?

If you cancel 4 days or more before sailing the credit will go back to your CC...if you cancel once aboard but at least 24hrs prior the credit will become an OBC to your sea-pass account.
