Specialty Restaurants (Qsine, Murano, Tuscan Grille) on Celebrity Eclipse

We tried all three specialty restaurants on Celebrity Eclipse during our June 18 sailing to the Baltics and in particular enjoyed Qsine and Murano. Our opinion is of course subjective.

Here is a link for some pictures of what we had in Qsine. However, if you prefer to be surprised when you visit, then skip the pictures and just go give it a try. It was fun.

Thanks for sharing. The photos and descriptions are great! We are on the Eclipse July 16 sailing - just a few days from now. Can't wait!

It was worth it, especially since we were really disappointed with the food served in the main dining room. Also, you can always book after you've tried it once. The second time we dined there, there was a 20% off offer for that day. These offers are detailed in the daily program distributed the night before.

We did Qsine last year, it was a lot of fun and very different, making it worth the cost. We joined up with some of our Roll Call members which was great because it allowed us to try a lot more things--I did not get to try everything I wanted, but that just means there is a reason to go back!

Your visuals are super excellent and you offer great info on Qsine. We just complete our first sailing with Celebrity last month and did their three speciality dining places. Of course, the Solstice doesn't have Qsine. We were surprised at how well we liked ALL THREE of these dining options. Each is different, but very, very good in their own ways. For us, the MDR was good to OK with these three speciality places adding nice variety and timing flexibility to our cruise schedule.

Hi Terry, Thanks for your comments. Your pictures look great too. For the pictures, I mainly use a Nikon D300 with a 50mm/1.4G lens. I use an ISO of 800-1600, and avoid the flash.

Appreciate the follow-up info and nice comments. You have a great camera with a super fast lens. I should try and do more with using a higher ISO for certain lighting situations. Mostly, I just set the ISO at 400. I have a Nikon D3100 now. Have been a Nikon owner and user for 40+ years. Good stuff!

THANKS! Enjoy! Terry in Ohio
