Oct 29, 2011 Caribbean Princess NY 20 day glitch

Has anyone else booked the 20 Days Caribbean Grand Adventure from NY to Ft Lauderdale that was changed to a 10 day voyage? I have a confirmation that states 20 days, Princess says that this was always a 10 day cruise. They claim I am the only one this happened to.

I think there was a time when it would show on our personalizers as a 20 day, we laughed about it on the roll call. but it has always been a 10 day. EM
