Hi Everyone,

 

Not sure where Belle and Jan are.

 

I only gained 1 lb. over my birthday weekend last weekend, that is not too bad.

Diana - Thanks for starting the weigh in --- Was a crazy day today. I believe that I am down 1.8# this week ... but it is the same weight over and over again ... but at least I'm maintaining.

 

Today is the last day of the 10 week challange ... I checked my spreadsheet and in 10 weeks I am up one pound:rolleyes: Oh well ... as I said before at least I'm maintaining.

 

Good luck to all. Last weeks weigh in was "fun" there was a lot more talking going on ... I enjoyed "listening" to everyone ... I hope we can all continue. Jan

Sorry "gals and guy"..computer didn't work yesterday

or this morning. Been gone all day..home a little

while ago..computer working somewhat. (see if this goes thru).

 

I like Diana am up 1 lb. Thanks to to much food and

ice cream for my birthday week! If had "dancing men" would

of been down! LOL Diana hope you had a good Birthday!

 

I like Jan is up 1 lb for the Challenge. Better than gaining a lot

thru the summer. But I need to LOSE! I celebrated my Birthday

SEVEN DAYS! To many dinners out!

 

Hope the rest of you join us this week. "Come on down" and weigh-in!

Belle and Diana, sorry you guys are up this week. Just hang in there. This weightloss battle stinks!!!

 

Good job Jan on being down 1.8-Keep it up!

 

I am down 1 this week-I was really hoping for more, but I will take it because it is a loss!

Hello everyone,

 

It has been a very busy week at work. Have not had time for the gym all week, although I did use my treadmill 3 times.

 

That being said I am down 2 pounds for the week.

 

Looking forward to a good weekend, have a lot of yard work to do.
