Could you please tell me the names of the following who will be on the Zaandam departing Vancouver to Hawaii on September 25, 2011:

 

Captain

Hotel Manager

Beverage Manager

Events Manager

Cruise Director

Doctor

Dining Room Manager

Also as the Zaandam will have just completed her final cruise of the season in Alaska, will there be a vast turnover of officers and crew?
