What should we do?

Rent a car  - most of the major car rental agencies are located in PC or nearby Cocoa Beach and will shuttle you to/from the port. From PC to MCO is about 45 minutes, figure an hour+ to get to WDW once you are in your car.

Good luck! :)

We wanna go to Disney from Port Canaveral but dont want to pay Carnival for tix and shuttles.

Hire a car service (town car or something like that). They'll pick you up at the ship, and drop you off at WDW.

You didn't mention what you're doing after, but you could have the car service come back at an appointed time and deliver you to your hotel or whatever.
