BigDfromTN Posted September 26, 2011 #5 Share Posted September 26, 2011 my cruise i have booked just dropped from 329.00 to 259.00... How do I claim this price drop? If you booked with a TA call them. If you booked direct with Carnival and used ES rates. Go to: http://www.carnival.com/cms/requestforms/CCLEarlySaverForm.aspx complete the form and submit it. Briarhill Posted September 26, 2011 Author #6 Share Posted September 26, 2011 Thanks... But I must have misread, because when I went back to claim it, and looked at it again the price was higher than what I paid...... Oh well, I'll keep watching. serene56 Posted September 26, 2011 #8 Share Posted September 26, 2011 make sure you are looking at cruise only price. Not the price with the port charges or the taxes. Always take a screen shot of the price reduction. We had two on our last cruise-- and both times the price only remained for a small amount of time
loves2_shop Posted September 26, 2011 #9 Share Posted September 26, 2011 You really need to submit the form as soon as you see the price drop. Our cruise had a price drop last night, I submitted the form and this morning the price was back up!! So glad I didn't wait....

We had two on our last cruise-- and both times the price only remained for a small amount of time port charges are part of cruisefare, not the add on taxes and fees. so yes, look at cruisefare, (including port charges which are not broken out by Carnival). BeccaBecca1713 Posted September 26, 2011 #13 Share Posted September 26, 2011 Just go on Carnival.com and look at your billing page. Only look at your "Cruise Rate." That's what you are comparing.:)
