I'm surprised cruisers don't tip more than standard

I usually tip extra to the waiters and Room steward if it warrants.. And every cruise I have been on it has.. Plus they have the auto tips too..

 

The only person I have had an issue giving a tip to.. is the matradee.. and that's because if I do not see him or talk to him.. why should I give him money.. seems silly.. *shrug*.. :confused:
