Australia Day Cruise Pacific Sun 2012

Does anybody know what is planned for the Australia Day cruise. I see in the Sydney Ports website the PS is at Athol Buoy on 26 Jan. I'm interested in going as I'm alway on the lookout for something different and Australia Day on Sydney Harbour is just fanastic. I've checked the P&O site but nothing comes up.

From what I understand she leaves the harbour on the 25th (if ya lucky, we are talking Pacific Sun LOL), then comes back in on the morning of the 26th and hangs around all day to watch the day's activities/ferry boat races, etc., then I believe she moves up the harbour a bit to watch the fireworks, then back out through the Heads for the rest of the cruise.

Its a fantastic day. Not many people get the chance to see the Australia Day celebrations from a cruise ship anchored in harbour.

We did it on Norwegian Star when it was here.

Best day ever. There was so much going on in the harbour.:):)
