laurmac Posted November 28, 2011 #1 Share Posted November 28, 2011 Is there anywhere on my online reservation on the RCI website, that I should be able to see any OBC that I am entitled to?
ryano Posted November 28, 2011 #2 Share Posted November 28, 2011 If its OBC from Royal Caribbean, it should be listed on your booking invoice that they email you after you book the cruise..........I dont think it shows up anywhere online
Nessa1dc Posted November 28, 2011 #3 Share Posted November 28, 2011 You can call them and get an emailed copy....I don't believe there is anything online.
Marley-Bop Posted November 28, 2011 #4 Share Posted November 28, 2011 Mine never showed up online but I printed out my TA invoice showing the OBC and took it to guest services onboard.....it was added to my account within two hours :D
Rare silentbob007 Posted November 28, 2011 #5 Share Posted November 28, 2011 When it comes to the onboard account, many times the OBC doesn't show up until a few days into a cruise. When I've gotten OBC from my TA, we have had a card in our stateroom letting us know the amount.
BigR Posted November 28, 2011 #6 Share Posted November 28, 2011 I think that this has been very frustrating for those of us who use the RCCL credit card and accumulate ship board credit. I always take all the proof along just in case it doesn't get posted properly. I can't understand why they can't show this right on the RCCL website when we log in. Agreed, however, C&A customer service has always been great about verifying my OBC pre-cruise. As silent Bob said, it doesn't show up on your account onboard for a day or so. Tyler80 Posted November 29, 2011 #9 Share Posted November 29, 2011 I have never had a problem with BofA Credit Card points being transferred to OBC. OBC does not show up online but can be seen on your cruise invoice if you request one from Royal Caribbean.
smallchange Posted November 30, 2011 #10 Share Posted November 30, 2011 My OBC has not shown up on a recently requested invoice. I called and an agent explained that they were behind in posting it and check back in a few weeks. I'm not going to worry just yet. Sailing beginning of March.
