RCI Dress Code ...Casual Smart/Casual

In March I am going on the RCI's Independence of the Seas - it is a 14 night Canaries cruise. I haven't been with RCI for some time so could anyone tell me what the dress code ratio is re Casual + Smart/Casual. I know that there will be 3 formal nights so I have that sorted. Just don't want to pack too many of the wrong type of clothes. Thanks.

Smart Casual is simply a "step up" from casual. Women are almost ALWAYS "smart casual" every night.....some men will wear a jacket and /or tie....most won't.
