Skeet?

Recommended Posts

I think it was the lead in the shot more than the clay that caused them to abandon things. Steel shot is now normally used but I don't think too many folks brandishing shotguns on board.

Only time we saw skeet and golfing was on a cruise to nowhere on Sea Escape back in 1986 or so.

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to pick up on that line! Very impressive!

Yes, google is a wonderful thing. Thats how I got it. Dont know about the first person to make the connection . From the 1946 play, music by Irving Berlin

From "Anything you can do i can do better":

FRANK: I can shoot a partridge with a single cartridge

ANNIE: I can get a sparrow with a bow and arrow

FRANK: I can live on bread and cheese

ANNIE: And only on that?

FRANK: Yes

ANNIE: So can a rat

I don't know if this is outdated, but do the still have Skeet Shooting onboard? Specifically the Infinity?
I the late 1980s the Skeet was declared an endangered species, and by international treaty, the killing of it was outlawed. :D

The RCI Ranch Steak, to all intents and purposes, is virtually identical (other than the steak is tougher) to the Skeet.
