Which Conquest Cabin would You Prefer?

I have to make a decision really soon about which cabin to choose.

We currently have an inside on the panorama deck near the "secret" door.

It is possible to upgrade to an ocean view which is likely to be in a less convenient location.

I am not sure if it would really feel like an upgrade.

What do you think?

My favorite cabin is 6294 which is an inside on the Upper deck, port side, the 3rd cabin aft of the atrium elevators.

Really quiet, I spend most of my time on the Promenade and I've staying in that cabin on various Conquest and Dream class ships about 6 times.

I wouldn't switch. The ocean views on the Conquest are on the Riviera and Main Decks (1 and 2). That's a long way from the Lido. You will like the Panorama Deck!

Another option would be to switch to a 4J which is an obstructed ocean view at the front of the ship. It looks out over the very front deck (the deck to which those secret doors go to). It will be a tad more expensive than the most expensive inside cabin. But caution... most of those 4J's are handicap cabins and even though Carnival may give you one, if you don't have special needs it is not nice to take it! But there are a few 4J's that are not designated handicap.

The only switch I would make is to a balcony on the Panorama or Lido Deck. Being on those two decks is so much more convenient for just about everything. You can run back to your cabin if you've forgotten something or want to use your own bathroom, especially on sea days.

Once we tried a balcony on the Panorama deck, we've never gone back.

Thanks y'all.

It looks like the balconies on that sailing are all gone now.

Unless someone cancels or something, I guess.

We decided to stay where we were.

Last year we were kind of in the same spot on the lido deck on Triumph and loved it.
