Nassau is pretty flat but colorful place

We headed to our watertaxi

On the way to Paradise Island we had some narrations about Bahamas, Nassau, Atlantis by this guy (he asked for some tips later)

 

 

On this narrow strip there are houses of Charlie Chaplin, Nicholas Cage and such.

But our destination was Atlantis!

 

 

Oh, you can take a taxi to the island thru this bridge

 

 

but we prefer water taxi

Atlantis is a huge resort, so map is necessary.

 

 

We didn't go to the slides ... $129 pp does seem costly, especially if you are without kids to entertain.

Till this point everything is free, but then you have to make a choice

 

For $39 you can see a Dig aquariums, walk on the grounds.

For $69 - same + beach

For 129 - complete access.

 

Tickets are not very limited, but by 11-12 , kiosk was closed.

 

You will be given a bracelet, without which access is denied. It is being enforced.

Then there is a long chain of aquariums.. Music and surrounding decorations put you in a fairytale mood.

This was our very last port, but two days of excitement were waiting for us

 

I can honestly say, that entertainment was the best out of everything we had to experience in our 17 or 18 cruises. Something was always going on in every lounge and theater.

 

Shows were great, especially Circus Bijou!

 

 

Unfortunately photography and recordings are not permited, but maybe it is for the best... I could finally relax and watch.

Very nice piano player and singer Fabrizzio from Italy. We had a pleasure to listen to his songs last year on Dawn.

Ship design is very smart. Going along deck 7th you can see and attend many different entertainment venues.

Culinary competition

 

 

Well, obviously I didn't photograph the Quest, but ... well, don't miss it! And good thing it happened on the last night of the cruise. I would've been forever ashamed! :)

Crew itself is a sea of talent. We had a small presentation after last day meeting with the Captain and crew in the theater

 

 

It was small (short), but it was BIG on talent

I caught a Nickelodeon competition too - Green Slime? Fun!

 

 

I have great pictures from the Fountain... but let's keep it a secret from the new cruisers. :)
