I know it a private island. Is it like castaway cay owned by disney? We love disneys island.

 

Do only cruise ships have access to it?

 

Is the food included in your cruise (it is at disneys island) or do you have to purchase it seperatly?

Just like on the ship, food is included, drinks are extra! Coco Cay is lovely....you'll have a great time!
