Priceline Bonus Money

I'm wondering if anybody else has had a similiar problem to mine. I received an email saying that I had bonus $ to use on my next request. I decided to use it on a future hotel booking.

 

After goig through the tedious bidding process, I find out that the bonus $ were never added by Priceline to my bids.

 

I tried to start again and was told the bonus had expired????:eek:

Just curious if posting this all over the Ports boards is the way to deal with this? No disrespect intended, and not sure I have a better solution, but just wondering....

Did you add the bonus to your account (rewards) first? It doesn't happen automatically. Also they recently sent ones that were only good for 4 hrs. instead of 24.

Thanks , Maureen. I had added the reward to my account and followed all the steps.

I have looked at Betterbidding and it seems that I'm not the only one who has had problems. So I'll leave it at that.
