Buying cigarettes in St Thomas

Can't help you on the prices, but it would be cheaper to use one of the USPS flat rate boxes to ship them home, if you are so inclined. People sometimes forget that St. Thomas is a US Territory, so their phones, etc. work just like home. You could bring an unfolded box from home and fix it on the ship, then take it by the post office and mail it.

I don't buy cigarettes and don't know the answer but I certainly would research whether it is legal to send duty free cigarettes through U.S. mail. I think you might have to make a declaration as to the contents of the package and duty would be payable but don't take my word for it. :o
