I have been reading about things for motion sickness online (and of course here on cc!) but everything I have found seems to be for nausea. I get quite dizzy from motion, cars, boats and especially elevators. Any suggestions?

What works for one person may not work for you. Check with your doctor to see what he recommends, you might just be prone to motion sickness or the symptoms you describe could also be symptoms of a few other health problems more serious than motion sickness. I am by no means suggesting that you have a serious medical problem, only that your doctor will give you better advice than any of us here. Sure lots of people here have used lots of OTC medications and other motion sickness cures and they work fine for most of them. You can try these things yourself if you wish and they just might work great for you too. Still it would be wise to check with you own doctor. Good luck.
