The stingrays are wonderful!! The rum cakes are very tasty. They don't have a heavy rum flavor but are very moist and yummy. Just my two favorite things about Grand Cayman.:)

Regarding the rum cake, we like Blackbeards and have only found it at GC.

Stingray City, hands down. My first open water dive was there. Heaven. IF you dive there are some memorable wrecks too.

Rum Point, most amazing beach I have been to after visiting over 10 Caribbean islands, plus the whole British Virgin Island chain on a sailboat excursion.

Sting Ray City #1 We were there in 1/05 and we're going back in 1/06. Booked with Captain Marvin they were great.

You just can't go wrong with anything you choose to do here, it is so beautiful, the people are so nice, and it is very clean.

This was our best port of all the cruise, and we are already talking about just flying back and spending a week. We had a lady taxi driver who did a fast tour for us and stopped anywhere we wanted to get out and take pictures.She didn't charge us much, but we gave her a nice tip for showing us so many things.

Are there any tour operators that handle disabled individuals and go to Stingray City? I would think that there are none but it doesn't hurt to ask.
