Excursion tickets

Recommended Posts

Dear all,

For our cruise in December, we booked all excursions in advance (with credit card on Celebrity website).

When and where will we receive our excursion tickets? Do we need to pickup them somewhere?

Thank you very much.

Best wishes,

Marjan and Vincent from Holland :)

Hallo Marjan and Vincent,

The tickets will be in your cabin when you arrive.

For any issue about anything or if you need to ask something, you can go to the Guest Relations desk. This will be like a hotel reception desk.

For any specific excursion bookings or questions there will be an excursion desk.

On the day of your excursion you will go to the theater at a certain time. It will be printed on the excursion card in your cabin. You need to sign in and your receive a sticker with a number.

Say there are two buses for the excursion, they will call out the number of your sticker and you then proceed with the group to disembark and onto your bus.

have a wonderful cruise.

They will not necessarily be there when you arrive. Give your steward a few hours and they should be there.

You may need to meet on the pier. There will be people holding up signs. You can ask any of them where to go for yours. They are very helpful for first timers (and those of us who can't seem to read moving signs). Get there about 5 mins early or more as they do not allays wait for those few who seem to think that they will wait for you no matter what the time was on the ticket. You miss the time in most cases they will not refund you your money.

If you wish to cancel a tour you must do it by the specified time. If you cancel on board it will go to your OBC. If you do not use the credit on board then it will go back on to your credit card after your return home.

If you cancel before the cruise (at least 4 days prior it will go back to what ever card you used.
