How much before the cruise are shore excursions bookable online?

We are cruising on Magnifica 20th May 2013 from Amsterdam and I tried to check available shore excursions from MSC website. There is notification on every port "Sorry, no excursions are available for this port. Contact your Travel Agent for more information."

 

I already tried to request on MSC website chat but didn't seem to get any answer.

 

Should it be possible to book shore excursions already online for our cruise?

I would think they should be available now.

Seems that those are bookable for some cruises and missing for some.
