wrg11 Posted December 16, 2012 #1 Share Posted December 16, 2012 How many days in advance? Thanks.
cherylandtk Posted December 16, 2012 #2 Share Posted December 16, 2012 75 days prior for most cruises. Some longer/holiday itineraries require 90 days. Many smart TA's add a week or two to those dates to allow time for glitches to be resolved without you losing your booking for non-payment. Treven Posted December 17, 2012 #4 Share Posted December 17, 2012 As been posted, it's generally 75 days prior to departure. My TA adds on about 5 days, for "wiggle room".

If you miss the date or for whatever reason, your cruise isn't marked as paid by Princess on the final due date, your booking will be canceled. Up until a year or so ago, there was a grace period of a few days. No longer. Make sure you make payment in advance. Every TA I'm aware of sets their final payment several days prior to Princess' to confirm payment.
