I was under the impression that they dropped the Formal Night on the 3 day.

I hadn't heard that, but as you can see below its been since 2007 for me for the 3 day cruise and 2010 for the 4 day cruise.

There was a short period of time on Monarch where they changed the suggested dress on Saturday to smart casual. The last time we were on Monarch this past September, it had changed back to formal. Maybe it varies by Hotel Director?

I was on Majesty two years ago and we still had a formal night.
