sealover61 Posted January 13, 2013 #1 Share Posted January 13, 2013 Can anyone tell me the name of the Hotel that sits on the inlet to portevergladeswebcam, there is a Web cam at the Hotel to watch the Ships leave port. I would like to look into staying at this Hotel on our next Cruise.
Cuizer2 Posted January 13, 2013 #2 Share Posted January 13, 2013 Here are the only two hotels I know about that come close to what you are describing ... Both photographs were taken from the deck of the Carnival Freedom while docked in Port Everglades.

dreamer976 Posted January 13, 2013 #7 Share Posted January 13, 2013 Yes, Gangway Style is right. Cameras #2 & #3 are mounted on the Hyatt Pier 66 Hotel. Camera #1, the camera that catches the ships as they sail through the channel out to sea, is out on a 2nd floor balcony of the one condo building that faces that channel. I had read somewhere that you can request a port facing view when making your reservations at that hotel.
