Menu & dress type query....please excuse my naivety!!!

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Sorry if this has been asked a hundred times....I am going on my third cruise in April, but the last time I cruised was over 6 years ago! When I went on that one we were on set dining and we just got a menu each eve at the table and found out what the dress code was in the Compass.

I am cruising on the Liberty of the Seas

25/04 Leaving Barcelona

26/04 Villefranche

27/04 Rome

28/04 Livorno

29/04 Cruising at sea

30/04 Back at Barcelona

But I was wondering if anyone knows the following....

Is there a pattern to the menu so that anyone knows what the menu will be in advance?

Plus does anyone know what the dress code will be on which days? If not, how close to the cruise am I likely to find out, or will it be when I get onboard?

Thanks in advance for any help :)

On the 5 night cruise you will have One Formal night, probably on the second night, the other nights will be smart casual pr simply casual. You might find that one night could have a white dress theme for a late night pool party. Enjoy your cruise.

the daily menu is widely available.. other listed on the interactive touch screens throughout the ship, on your TV or posted on a stand in front of the dining room. usually early enough that if nothing tickles your fancy you can decide to make alternate plans.

the formal night is almost always the first sea day/second night of the cruise regardless of length.

(unless you are sailing on EN out of Baltimore Christmas week, but I digress)
