There is no fax number. You can email it to shareholderbenefit@ncl.com. They send an email confirmation within 24 hours and I usually receive the amenity confirmation via email in 24-48 hours after that.

I do not know of a FAX #. There Shareholder Request Form lists the address which you have. The only other way is via email which is ShareholderBenefit@ncl.com

So am I understanding things correctly that the $100 OBC for being a (100 minimum) shareholder will combine with any/all other offers? Does this include CAS bookings?

I don't know for sure about CAS bookings but know it combines with everything else. :)

got mine $100 combined with free drink and discounted ta booked program.i have stock in carnival and Norwegian why because IRA money why not?
