Hampton -Doral/Dolphin Mall or Brickell-Downtown

Which hotel is better? I assume Brickell is closer to South Beach. Pros? Cons? We are family with a 10yr old. we won't have alot of time there -probably get there around 6 or so and leave by 10am the next morning

Shopping and dining within walking distance of the downtown Hampton Inn and it will be a shorter ride to POM in the morning - that would be my choice. :cool:

It is a nice Hampton Inn.

 

If you want to get to South Beach the taxi fare from that location will be around $28.00 each way. The fare will vary based on day of week/time of day.

 

For a large selection of restaurants about a 10 minute walk from the Hampton Inn is Mary Brickell Village which has a lot of choices for dining.
