Safes

The safe was in a cabinet above the fridge, but below and right of the dvd. We didn't think it was difficult to access, however... we didn't see a second safe. Where is it?

Our cabin on the Wind Surf only had one safe located in the wall cupboard above the fridge, but below and to the left of the DVD player. So perhaps its location varies by how your cabin layout is orientated? It was quite small, adequate for small items, but not big enough for an iPad. If the cabins have a second safe, we didn't find it either...

Yes, perhaps it depends on the cabin. We "thought" we searched our every nook and cranny of our cabin and only found one safe. Who knows what happened during the renovations of each cabin. Ours was also small - perfect for wallets, jewelry and cash - not good for iPads, readers, etc.

We were on Wind Surf for two weeks in February in room 111 and we had two safes conveniently located in a cabinet above and to the right of the refrigerator.

While they weren't large enough for iPads or laptops or such, we actually liked the two safe concept. It allowed my husband and I to each have our own safe--finding what we were looking for within our own "stuff" was easier when the contents weren't co-mingled.
