It's that time of year....very normal! In fact, most days will have a 50% chance of storms this time of year.

It's very rare for it to rain all day in Florida, so don't worry about it.

Weather is weather and forecasts often change so I wouldn't worry about it.

 

They are calling for scattered thunderstorms.

 

Might last for just a short time.

 

Might be in one area and not where you are.

 

And might not happen at all.

We leave Saturday too. A 30% chance of rain is our forecast for Ft. Lauderdale. That's pretty darn good for this time of the year in the South! I'm excited!

When we first started cruising from Fl around the Caribbean, I would research weather forecasts. Got really depressed as at almost every port of call, forecasts would predict rain. After a couple of those "threatening" forecasts and NOT seeing anything but sun, I gave up looking. :)
