Horizon Court breakfast

The omelet station has been at the Horizon Court on every Princess ship I've been on. Wouldn't want to run out on deck to get an omelet on a cold morning.

 

There are no cold mornings in the Caribbean!! :)

I only saw lox on the last morning. Maybe I missed it on the other days. We had steak and eggs on the final day and the steak was delicious. Just what we needed to keep us full during the long morning of travel.

I've always seen the omelets inside on the Star/Golden in Alaska.

Yes to all, except there was lox only some days.

 

Lox is available everyday. On days you do not see it on display, you just have to ask for it and they will fetch some for you.

Rachel said it was in the Horizon Court on the Island last month. I didn't see it.

You guys are all making me hungry. I'll be on the Sapphire Aug 24, haven't cruised since 1991 and there was only the main dining room and a snack bar on that ship (Norway). Buffet will be great by the sounds of it. I don't like a traditional big brekkie, the fresh fruit and nice crispy bacon ends sound yum!

The corned beef hash is my treat. We never have it at home.

 

I don't think the phrase "corned beef" and "treat" can be used

in the same sentence!

 

If they would serve it on a shingle, I would know exactly what

to call it.
