Is it worth taking a light weight dressing gown to wear on the balcony for a Med cruise? Our cabin doesn't have one supplied.

Hi, not seen any dressing gowns in our previous cabins on Azura, so always

Take a Waffle style one, as light to pack, not sure if this applies to mini suites we

We were in a Superior Deluxe cabin on Azura in the caribbean and bathrobes are provided in those cabins. We liked it so much we now always take a lightweight dressing gown.

I always take a lightweight cotton one. It useful for wearing after a shower before getting dressed for dinner.

Always take a really light one with me, but also ask our cabin steward if he / she can get me one of the ship's. They sometimes say yes and get an extra nice tip!

Thanks for the replies. I bought myself a lightweight easy pack one from Amazon. Didn't cost very much so we will see.

 

Should be handy for early morning tea on the balcony.

I am sure if you ask nicely, one will be provided, and even slippers............. I hope to have both as we are on Arcadia in a 'deluxe'!! balcony stateroom yet to be allocated. What makes them 'deluxe' I wonder?

Nope! We just came back from a cruise on Arcadia and had a deluxe balcony stateroom minus dressing gown and slippers ........... but they were selling them on board at a price!! :eek:

On Ventura in the deluxe you get dressing gown and slippers. I hope.:confused:
