cGypsy Posted July 10, 2013 #1 Share Posted July 10, 2013 Is it possible to know/predict whether the bed in a cabin ( e.g., balcony cabin on Panorama deck) will be closer to the balcony or the bathroom depending on either if it is on the port or starboard side, or an even or odd cabin #? Not a burning, crucial question - just curious. Thanks
n6uqqq Posted July 10, 2013 #2 Share Posted July 10, 2013 The beds are next to the balcony and the bathroom is right next to the door to the cabin. Been on Splendor three times and port and aft rooms seem the same.
Cyber Kat Posted July 10, 2013 #3 Share Posted July 10, 2013 The beds are next to the balcony and the bathroom is right next to the door to the cabin. Been on Splendor three times and port and aft rooms seem the same. Unless you are in one of the aft wraps - that room configuration was different - as are the l-shaped cabins. We had 6485 and the bed was halfway between the bathroom and the balcony door ... and it had a window behind it! This room was fantastic in every way! RWolver672 Posted July 10, 2013 #4 Share Posted July 10, 2013 Normal set-up of a balcony cabin is one side will have the bathroom, opposite side will have the closets. Bathroom side will have the desk/vanity area next with couch opposite. Then on the couch side will be a small night stand, the bed, another small night stand, then the window/door. The cabins on either side will be laid out the same, only opposite (Bathrooms will be back to back, etc). The are laid out this way so that two bathrooms can share the same plumbing.
