Hello all. We are booking our trip to the Mexican Riviera for next July, 2006 on the Pride. I understand that the ship is tendered while at Cabo San Lucas. But has anyone been to Puerto Vallarta and Mazatlan and can tell me what side of the ship is docked on while at these ports. We've been on cruises before and enjoy watching the people and the ports when we get back to our rooms early. Any info would be great. Much thanks. :)

Depending upon what ships are in port, there is a chance that you will tender in P. Vallarta. If not, our ship was portside on the port there..

In Mazatlan, as far as I remember, it was starboard.

Funny, we were just talking about this last night. We're booking the

Vision for the second time but with family this time. We decided to

book a room on the starboard side which is what we had last time.

Even though the ship was tendered at Cabo we remember being

able to watch a beautiful sunset from our balcony as we departed.

The other ports weren't that impressove to us (scenic wise) so

that's how we based our decision. Having only cruised the caribbean

before, I feel in love with Cabo as soon as I saw it.

We logged some miles on Vision also. In fact, our best cruise to date was a Panama Canal cruise on Vision. Then the next time we did the Mexican Riviera cruise like you'll be doing. It was quite a sight as the airliner we flew into San Diego on, flew right over Vision on the approach. She was waiting for us all decked out with flags flying.
