If you are on a B2B do you get 2 lots of the explore 4 promotion i.e. one for each leg or just one per cruise.

Regards. Neil

The majority of the back-to-back cruises are considered Collector Cruises and are listed as 1 cruise.

And that Collectors Cruise must be on that list which was provided somewhere else.

Thus -- if your cruise qualifies -- you will only get one set of perks.

Hi Sail7Seas !

I've call my HA TA and even it's written in tne brochure, she said to me that I am not eligible.

Look on the catalogue page 11, down, my cruises appears (25 nov AND 15 december but she told me that the program is only from January 2014. I think HA doesnt considering that 25 nov OR 15 dec (!) as Holiday cruise..?

Very confusing information even for a french canadien speaking who have to deal with a HA TA. Sometimes I have difficulties to deal it correctly.

Holacanada,

If you will read quite a few other threads you will find that many people who have booked cruises which are on the list are not considered eligible for the Explore4 package either.

They have not gotten the pacakge becaue they booked their cruise at a price that is now considered too low or they booked their cruise while on another cruise or they booked their cruise with a Welcome Home credit or .......

In other words, it sounds like HAL is picking and choosing who gets the package. I am now at the point that I think they have some sort of random select computer program that says "you are eligiblee" or "you are not eligible" at a particular moment in time.

Can you tell that I am not eligible eventhough my cruise is on the list, too?
