From what I've read on here and on John's blog it's likely to be the ballcap that may or maynot be exchangable for the tumbler at Guest Services.

 

All ships in the fleet were suppose to be switching over to the cap several months ago, but some ships still have a supply of the tumblers to give.

We got tote bags on the Miracle Panama Canal repositioning cruise in March. Would have preferred the tumblers, ball caps are something I do not wear that will be another wasted item.

We received the Tervis Tumblers on the Splendor two weeks ago. I realize it is not the Glory.. but maybe they receive their supply out of the same warehouse in NYC.

The gift was the hats on the Glory in July.

We received hats on the Glory, july 4 sailing. I asked the steward and exchanged 1 of the hats for the Tumbler.
