If after checking through at least 3 pages, you don't see a Roll Call for your cruise, then you can start one of your own.

If you are referring to a Roll Call, they are not added by Cruise Critic - they are started by a passenger on that sailing in the same manner as you started this thread. Suggest you go to the Roll Call boards under Celebrity / Millenium and start one for your sailing if there is not one at present.
