Great Review. I was on the Liberty for Thanksgiving last year and did this same itinerary. I enjoy reliving it through you.

I had Tex too as my guide in Roatan. He was great. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate with us and we had to cut our day short but he tried his best to give us a great tour anyway.

I would definately book him again if I ever get back to Roatan.

Thank you

Loving your review, Mike!

We're going to enjoy the Liberty the end of November.

We've been to these ports already, but your review is very detailed and helping with ideas and reassuring some of our excursions we already have planned :)

I love your writing style, pictures, and detail.

I log on every day for your trip updates...

We asked Tex to bring us to a good bar for a drink

He recommended a local favorite called a ‘Monkeylala’ which consist of Bailey’s, Kahlua, Vodka and coconut cream. Very good!

The island is approximately 37 miles in length, 5 miles in width with its highest peak at 1000 feet. Our tour, which started at 9 am, lasted about 4 hours and covered a good portion of the island.

Another scenic area.

You had Tex, I heard he is great. We had Lionel in 2010. I know my In-laws went recently and used Bodden, but I do not know you they had. This is my favorite island. I want to bring that red tipped plant, (called three sisters I think), home with me.

Oh, and did they finish the golf course on the island?

It was time to head back toward the ship, we followed the coastline. We can see the ship in the distance. The cloudy conditions are not conducive to good photography.

Overall a very nice tour, we would highly recommend Tex as a tour guide.

Back at Mahogany Bay , as mentioned earlier they are allowed to drop you off in the compound.

I love your reviews! So much interesting information. I find myself simultaneously reading your review and looking at the Carnival website to find another cruise to book. Our next cruise is only a 2 night and we don't have anything booked after that. I need to change that! Thanks again for a great read!

Thank you, I'm writing this review and looking for the next one. :D
