Karried Posted October 9, 2013 #1 Share Posted October 9, 2013 I'm trying to organize a Group cruise for approx 20 people. I've sent 4 separate requests in 12 days, no reply. I've called and been on hold and get messages that they are experiencing high call volume. The only thing I can think of is they are dealing with Passport issues? I have dealt with Vernisha Williams at this address who helped me to work out a problem that was unrelated to group sales, but her office is actually group sales.
