No, but they are much more comfortable to recline on than the old ones. My trick was to get one of the pillows from inside and then use that as a headrest against the balcony partition or patio door. Feet up on the balcony railing and it worked a treat for me (and I do like my creature comforts! LOL).

You can see the chairs at this link and at 15 seconds into the video, although the table with the cloth on it I think is the table from inside a Club Continent Suite. The outside tables are bigger:
