Are there any public beaches on Paradise Island?

Cabbage Beach is public. You can rent chairs and umbrellas, beach massages, jet skis, etc. Unfortunately, there aren't any "facilities" so you'd have to walk over to Marina Village next to Atlantis for a bathroom.

Or you could get a day pass from the RIU hotel. It is all-inclusive (food and drinks). You can get the passes in advance through Island Marketing for $75 or buy them when you get to the hotel for $100.

If Cabbage Beach is the public beach just past Atlantis, there is a small resort just up the stairway from the beach that has an open air restaurant/bar. If you buy a soda or a beer, they let you use their restrooms......maybe even without buying, I didn't try that because we wanted drinks. We had a decent lunch there too. Much more convenient than going back to Atlantis.

Fwiw, we just had a great day at Junkanoo Beach, walking distance from the dock in Nassau,, full facilities but not on Paradise Island.
