You can accomplish this if you are managing your friend's booking on Carnival.com. It has to be purchased from the booking. Therefore, if your friends are staying in a different cabin than you, you must have their booking number, and add them under Manage Booking on Carnival.com.

You can probably do it by calling. I can't imagine they wouldn't allow someone to buy something for friends that would enhance their cruise, while also enhancing Carnival's income. They will love FTTF, I have seen very few reports from anyone who has purchased it that it was not worth the money.

Is this going to be a surprise? If not, get their booking # from them and call Carnival. You may need there 4 digit pin (SS#), though.

I have heard of people purchasing this as a gift for friends. Even when the original people weren't sailing. Nice present.

I tried recently. They wouldn't let me. I called twice and they would.not.budge. :(
