Capts Club-how long for points to be posted.

Our November 30th Eclipse cruise hadn't been added to our Sailing History so I called the Captain's Club. It took them 24 hours to update it from the time that I called until the cruise appeared on our account. We are now at the Elite level and I can now update/upgrade my tier level with the MGM loyalty program for an upcoming Las Vegas trip! ;)

 

Ok, I'm confused. How does this relate to the MGM loyalty program? Did I miss something (always a possibility:))

Mine took over 3 weeks and than they made a mistake and had to correct them.

Don't want to hijack this thread but Royal Caribbean/Celebrity has a reciprocal (sp?) agreement with MGM resorts. It would be best to contact the MGM rewards program directly and tell them what tier level you are with RC/Celebrity and they will upgrade you/put you on their version of an equivalent level. :cool:

How do you see your sailing history?

 

Everytime I try from the Captain's Club menu, I obtain the following message: "An application error has occurred."

 

Our credits for the Nov. 30th cruise on Eclipse showed up today. :)

 

What I do to see the Sailing History, I log on to the Celebrity website and click on Captain's Club link at the top of the screen, and then scroll down to Sailing History. Hope this works for you.

What is your Web browser? I tried with iOS7 and Internet Explorer 9.0.8.
