Earlieset time to drop off the luggage at Port Everglades

What's the earliest time that the porters begin accepting luggage at Port Everglades? We will have a rental car and was hoping to drop off the luggage early so that we can go spend the day out and about before coming back to the ship later that afternoon.

It has been our experience that you can drop off around 10:30 AM

We've dropped it off as early as 9:30 am, then just kept our hand luggage with us until we're ready to board the ship.

Please watch your time to get back to the ship. If you are later than 1 & 1/2 hours before sailing, they won't let you on the ship. Your suitcases will have a great cruise but not you.
