Wasn't sure if we could just join a group of nine at a table of 10

We have been assigned our own table for two and the stables near the window only hold ten and that would put us at 11 so I'm not sure if Staffed get upset about pulling up a chair extra chair

Not sure if I understand your question about joining another table.

However, I do know that I find the seating and place settings tight on large tables, and an extra at a table for 10 might be tough to do.

If you want a larger table, go to the dining room and request that on boarding day....they will accommodate, if possible! They will need to adjust their seating, so the servers get the proper number of diners!

I take it you know these 9 diners, otherwise how would you know how many people would be sitting there. If you have a table for 2, why would you want to cramp yourself in? Are you trying to get closer to a window?
