Generally (I believe almost always, if not always) at the Westin Marina near the bottom of Duval. It's very convenient.

Sorry, but that is not the case.

 

Mallory Square (pier A) is pretty much at the foot of Duval St

 

The Westin Hotel (pier B) is located about 100 yards West of Mallory Square

 

The Outer Mole (OM pier) is located behind US Navy property which requires a train/trolley ride to Front St as civilians are not allowed to roam on federal property.

The op's question has been answered, but I'll also respond to your post like Mike did. No, absolutely not. There are only 2 piers that accomodate larger ships and one of them is the Outer Mole which is a 10-15 minute trolley ride into town.
